<title><![CDATA[清凉阁的运筹学]]></title>

<description><![CDATA[<P>课上提及现在建筑师鲜有亲手建造自己设计的，同学们颇有争议，忽地就想起于家石头村的清凉阁来。</P>
<P>村头的清凉阁是村里最显赫的建筑，所在的井陉于家石头村是11级的春季写生的驻地。清凉阁是三层的木石阁楼，大巧若拙。据说当年修建人立志独立建造一座9层石塔，结果只来得及建完2层就去世了，期间花费了25年，其间不少上吨的巨石，不知当年是如何以一人之力砌筑到位。第三层砖木构，为后人所加，远不如下面两层的气韵生动。<BR><IMG src="http://arch.cafa.edu.cn/2007/UploadFiles/2012-5/41728537225.jpg"><BR>当时听到这个故事很是伤感，遗憾这位先人不知运筹学的道理。如果当年他花费10年修完第一层，考虑到“人生七十古来稀”，就该找人来帮忙建造，免得将来美好的设想都只好独自带到土里面去了。</P>
<P>同学们也很喜欢这栋阁楼，有一组同学还自发地也要用石头盖出个阁楼来。可惜时间有限，最终只仓促盖出1.8层来——似乎又是一个未能合理安排时间、致使工程夭折的故事。<BR><IMG src="http://arch.cafa.edu.cn/2007/UploadFiles/2012-5/41742854949.jpg"><BR><BR><IMG src="http://arch.cafa.edu.cn/2007/UploadFiles/2012-5/41742710740.jpg"><BR><BR><IMG src="http://arch.cafa.edu.cn/2007/UploadFiles/2012-5/41741342863.jpg"><BR><BR></P>
<P>其实运筹学也不是多艰难的学问。见过最通俗的解释是拿普契尼的歌剧《托斯卡》举例：总督斯卡尔披亚已经对美女托斯卡的情人卡瓦拉多奇判处死刑，但是提出可以把他赦免的交换条件，即MV必须委身于他。MV同意了，他们协议让总督为MV的情人安排一次假处决。不过MV和总督互相欺骗了对方：MV在总督企图拥抱她时刺死了他；而总督也没有下达在刑场上放空枪的命令。<BR><IMG src="http://arch.cafa.edu.cn/2007/UploadFiles/2012-5/41713274720.jpg"><BR><BR>我们可以用简单的算数来理清其间的得失关系。如果MV刺杀了总督并和情人一起逃跑，她将赢得最多（+10），而总督损失最多（-10）。反之，总督杀死情人，又与MV结婚，则得分相反。<BR><IMG src="http://arch.cafa.edu.cn/2007/UploadFiles/2012-5/41713366840.jpg"><BR><BR>结局是我们看到的，MV和总督都得了-5；如果他们都遵守协议，每人原本都可以得到+5。<BR><IMG src="http://arch.cafa.edu.cn/2007/UploadFiles/2012-5/41714861280.jpg"><BR>当然，这个每人都+5的结局也非常不尽人意。或许这个故事已然告诉我们，科学不是万能的。。</P>]]></description>

<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 150%"><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 二十世纪现代建筑在欧美国家产生与发展，并在全世界范围内广泛传播。由于多方面的原因，我国对现代建筑产生与发展的研究基本上是从二十世纪八十年代才开始。八十年代初，受文献资料的局限国内对现代建筑的介绍相当有限，例如：</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">1980</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">年童寯老先生发表现代建筑史著作《新建筑与流派》，接着</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">1982</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">年中国建筑工业出版社出版了由同济大学主编</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">(</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">陈志华教授执笔</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">)</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">的教材《外国近、现代建筑史》。四年后，童寯先生著作《近百年西方建筑史》一书。</SPAN></P>

<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 150%"><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 通常人们仅关注少数几位现代建筑大师，然而只要我们稍深入了解这一段历史，就会惊讶的发现“现代建筑”具有难以置信的丰富性与多样性。从二十世纪初至中叶，这短暂的几十年中间，欧美国家涌现出一大批有思想且勇于实践创新的年轻建筑师。笔者通过查阅大量资料和文献，收集到</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">305</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">位建筑师（欧洲建筑师共</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">254</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">位，美洲建筑师有</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">51</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">位），充分了解其生平及创作情况。接着以地域和国家的不同将建筑师进行分类，并按照建筑师出生年代进行先后排序。这些建筑师分别属于</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">18</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">个欧洲国家：瑞典、芬兰、丹麦、俄罗斯、波兰、捷克、匈牙利、德国、奥地利、瑞士、英国、爱尔兰、荷兰、比利时、法国、意大利、西班牙、葡萄牙。此外，还涉及到美国。对于波兰、匈牙利、爱尔兰、葡萄牙这四个国家而言，笔者查阅到建筑师人数和资料都很少，由此不做探讨。最后，笔者将建筑师的生平简历等信息以表格的方式编制成建筑师年表。因为表格的方法具有简单、直观和可比性强等特征。对于清晰呈现大量信息，并且进行观察、类比、对比或者分析研究，它都具有很大的优势。建筑师年表编制的年代范围限定于</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">1850</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">年至</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><FONT face="Times New Roman">1980</FONT></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">年。年表的水平方向为时间（年代），纵向为建筑师。</SPAN></P>
